Culural parameters effect of biosynthesis of proteolytic enzyme complexes from Yarrowia lipolytica
Abstract
It was established, that production of proteolytic enzymes from yeasts is effected by sources of Carbon, Nitrogen and energy. The impact of different organic substances to proteo-, fibrino-, gelatine- and haemoglobinolytic enzyme activity from Yarrowia lipoytica 2061 is established. Positive effect of addition galactose and gelatin with glycine in cultural liquid is revealed. Optimal temperature, pH and other physical parameters for getting proteolityc enzyme complexes is defined.References
